Christina and Susan talk about the future of exaqueo and Catch Talent in part three of our second interview series.
So much has changed in the past couple of years. Employees have never felt more empowered to seek out greener pastures and resign from their jobs. According to FRED Economic Data, over 4.1 million people quit their jobs in November 2022 alone. What does this mean for our industry and our businesses?
Our Founder and CEO, Susan LaMotte sat down with Christina Lock, Founder and CEO of Catch Talent to answer the question, “What does the future hold for exaqueo and Catch Talent?” and talk about what’s upcoming and what exaqueo and Catch Talent are focused on this year.
“We are excited to continue to support from a community level and grow organizations from the ground up…We’re about to go into our seventh year. We feel like we’re out of the adolescent phase and can really hone in on our strengths, grow organically, and grow our leaders as well.”
Christina Lock, Founder and CEO of Catch Talent
“The excitement around the future surely is baked into our industry after what’s happened the past couple of years. HR and talent has never had more of a need or a focus, which is really exciting. Ten years ago, we were in many cases and in many industries, still focused on talent as a commodity, as personnel. Now, organizations recognize there are many different choices. The gig economy has forced candidates to open their own eyes.”
