As a strategic marketer on our Employer Brand and Recruitment Marketing team, you’ll help us attract talent that aligns with our values and mission to improve the health and vitality of those we serve to the right roles. You’ll do this through a variety of tactics to help increase brand awareness and position our organization as a place that offers a unique career experience and culture that our employees enjoy. We believe that’s no easy feat, we’re in search of a marketer to help us do that.
About The Role:
The Marketing Strategist role sits inside our Talent Acquisition Enablement team applying consumer marketing best practices to recruiting. You’ll use your analytical mindset and creativity to create and launch campaigns, without the help of an outside agency.
What you’ll do:
- Support recruitment leaders to attract customer service and health care professionals annually.
- Define local, attention-grabbing marketing campaigns and execute them in various advertising formats. (Social media ads, billboards, internet and FM radio ads, email marketing, job boards, etc.).
- Measure the effectiveness of campaigns, ensuring we maximize our ROI on recruitment marketing efforts.
- Build equity in our employer brand through employee and reputational content across communication channels.
- Deploy paid media ads, and CRM campaigns to job seekers, and build/maintain landing pages in our CMS.
- Serve as the expert for hiring events and coach teams on best practices, system constraints, brand voice, and success measures.
- Manage paid media strategy for two important platforms proven for talent attraction for key talent groups. You’ll build, run, manage, and report out on performance.
- Manage vendor relationships ensuring maximum impact and efficiencies.
- Support other marketing-related projects as needed.
Requirements:
- BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent degree.
- 3+ years of experience developing marketing content for digital and offline channels without relying on an agency.
- Strong writing skills for various audience types.
- Graphic design skills - experience with Adobe Creative Cloud with the ability to use and self-learn new tools.
- Experience building audiences and running and managing ad campaigns across various platforms simultaneously.
- Proven experience with the science of marketing - analytics, tracking, and metrics.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Experience leading and managing hiring or similar events.
Nice if you have:
- Media buying and digital agency experience.
- Employer brand experience.
- Video production experience.
- Experience running ads on Facebook, Glassdoor, and Indeed
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
