Get to Know Jennifer

I’ve always believed that a good plan is the foundation of great work. Even as a child, I was the one getting a head start on school projects while everyone else was waiting until the night before. That early instinct to stay ahead of the game led me to a career in operations, where I thrive on bringing order to complexity and making sure every detail is accounted for.

With over 20 years of experience in marketing and advertising, I’ve worked across a wide range of industries—from tourism and real estate to financial services, healthcare, and tech—keeping teams aligned on timelines, budgets, and the bigger picture. At exaqueo, I get to tap into that same love of structure and organization, working across the business to help our team deliver thoughtful, impactful work.

Outside of work, you’ll find me outdoors most weekends—whether working in my yard, spending time near the water, or being active with my husband, daughter, and our springer spaniel in Mt. Pleasant, SC. Staying organized at work means I get to fully enjoy the moments that matter most at home.

My First Paycheck

Like many, my first “real” job was babysitting for neighborhood families—which taught me patience, responsibility, and how to think on my feet. But my first official job was as a restaurant hostess at a local seafood restaurant. It gave me an early introduction to working with the public, managing busy environments, and keeping things running smoothly—skills I still rely on today.
