As a career social psychology professional, I bring my deep background in behavioral research methods and workforce analysis to support and build exaqueo’s impressive research capacity. I built my research expertise and scientific reputation as a professor at Johns Hopkins University. And I expanded my knowledge of psychology and social behavior as a program director at the U.S. National Science Foundation and as an Executive Director at the American Psychological Association (APA).
At APA I created a new Center for Workforce Studies, focusing on the supply, demand, and need for skilled expertise in the national workforce of professional psychology. I am known internationally for my contributions to social psychology, behavioral research methods, and multivariate statistics, have published dozens of articles in leading scientific journals, and co-authored a college-level textbook in social psychology.
A native of Southern California, I now reside with my family in Alexandria, Virginia and enjoy hiking, golfing, and baseball.
